1. Place up to 3 lbs. meat, poultry, or vegetables in Tender Cooker, along with 1/4 cup broth or wine.
2. Cover and set red pressure regulator in place. Cook for about 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes, until yellow pressure stem drops.
